Ikhwezelihle may share my personal information with all the parties involved in the implementation of my learning programme.

Furthermore, I understand that:

I have a right to access my personal information which Ikhwezelihle and all parties involved in the implementation of my learning programme hold.
I have a right to ask all parties involved in the implementation of my learning programme to update, correct, or delete my personal information on reasonable grounds.
Should I wish to withdraw my consent to process my personal information, I must do so in writing, addressed to Ikhwezelihle.
Once I have withdrawn my consent, Ikhwezelihle and other parties involved in the implementation of my learning programme are still obliged under other legislation to keep the information for 5 years after withdrawal.

Cancellation Terms

An applicant who wishes to cancel must do so within 7 (working) days prior to commencement of the training. Cancellations must be done in writing and sent via email to info@ikhwezelihle.co.za.

Confirmation of the cancellation will be sent via email or SMS. Should you not receive a cancellation confirmation from us, it means the cancellation request was not received and that you are still liable for the full course fee.

Learners who do not cancel and fail to attend the training will be held responsible for the full course amount.

Ikhwezelihle has the right, in its sole discretion, to postpone or cancel training in any programme initially advertised and offered because of insufficient demand. Should this be the case, all registered learners will be given reasonable notice of the cancellation and all fees paid by the learners will be refunded in full.
